Not Satisfied?

Wow. What a hard business auto repair is. Because trust is so low and because vehicles have gotten so complex, even in the very most honest and competent shops, there are occasional dissatisfied customers. And, to make matters even harder (can we be honest here for a   moment?), there ARE customers out there who, in any business, be it auto repair or Wal-Mart
or Target, try to take unfair advantage of a company like ours who goes so far to satisfy it’s customers.

There is also the expectation from auto repair consumers that vehicles can always be repaired on the first trip into the shop. The truth is that the industry average is that 15% of vehicles need to come back into the shop a second time to resolve the original concern or symptom. Now, we have a much lower % than that. But, we do occasionally have vehicles that need to come back a second time. We hope that the $9/Day Rental Car program makes this less inconvenient for you.

1. Most complaints can be resolved with the shop. Give this a try.

There are times in any business when a customer can’t, ultimately, be satisfied. But, we really want to try to satisfy you.
