Our Company:

We cannot even adequately convey to you on this page how truly different Auto Answers is from any auto service you have ever seen. You would have to come and spend a little time with us to fully appreciate how unique we are, but here are some features of our company:

We opened our first shop in Katy, Texas in August of 2004. We have since added three more units; one on Tomball Parkway just north of the Jones Road and Tomball Parkway intersection, one on FM 1960 East near Timber Forest Drive in Atascocita, and our nest location on Beltway 8/N Sam Houston Pkwy in Humble.

We offer customers rental cars for $9 a day during service and these are available on premises without reservation.

We take digital photos of every automotive part or component that needs service or repair and email them to the customer before we call them back with an estimate. This validates that the repair or service is really needed.

Our customers can watch their vehicles being repaired live on the Internet.

We know that dishonesty can sometimes be a fact of life in the auto repair business, so we have a MANDATORY WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY at Auto Answers where it is a terminable offense if any employee observes or becomes aware of ANY type of dishonesty by another employee, even a little “white lie”, and does not report it to management. In other words, if it is not reported but found out, not only the offending employee is terminated, but also the one who knew of the offense and did not “blow the whistle.”

We are done with a $2M+ computerization project where we have invented a new, advanced, more computerized approach to the auto service business. It starts with electronic customer check-in kiosks; advanced, new functionality for parts procurement, a simplified approach that reduces the time to calculate an estimate by 75%; all the way through electronic customer check-out kiosks. Our system is giving us much better customer service, easier and more enjoyable work for our employees and additional profit.

The "company behind the company" is CCG Venture Partners, an investing group that has owned companies in the past in partnership with Ford Motor Company and with Microsoft. CCG Venture Partners has sold a company in the past to Hewlett Packard and sold another company to IKON Office Products of Valley Forge, PA. This is no "mom and pop" operation. It is professional and backed by a multi-million-dollar investment. Auto Answers' shops each have a $150,000 per year advertising budget. It computes to almost 3 Million pieces of advertising sent each year for each store. Believe me...our shops are busy, even when we first open up!

Our shops are a very positive work environment. All of the equipment works, the shops are clean, our technicians are top-notch and we are very, very organized.

We operate according to a strict process that is "The Auto Answers Way". Old habits may need to be broken. Our employees need to be, above all things, teachable and eager to take constructive criticism to help them be more successful according to our methods. We cannot continue to employ any person who is not loyal to our methods and does not support the way we run our company. We cannot succeed with lots of disagreement with how things are done.
